About Richard Girasole

A certified public accountant (CPA) in five states, Richard Girasole has spent nearly three decades as the president and owner of a Brooklyn, New York, accounting firm. His responsibilities with the full-service CPA firm range from managing a staff of eight employees to overseeing taxes for both personal and corporate clients. Richard Girasole has consistently expanded the firm’s client base over the years, from a modest initial base to approximately 1,500 clients today. Specific services include, but are not limited to, estate planning, small business accounting, and resolving tax problems.

Mr. Girasole holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Villanova University. He has established himself as a member of numerous professional organizations over the course of his career, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA). When he is not managing activities at his accounting firm, he enjoys staying active by playing golf and racket ball. He also enjoys rollerblading and has done so as a participant in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
